Our client, a busy medical clinic located in Montreal, is seeking a skilled and personable Medical Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and provide superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to patients
– Manage calls and emails, triaging to appropriate staff
– Schedule appointments and procedures accurately
– Maintain accurate patient records
– Process billing and insurance claims
– Coordinate patient care with medical professionals
– Confirm appointments and procedures
Requirements:
– Experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical setting
– Professional and polished presentation
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
