Position: Office Clerk
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $45K per year (based on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, in office, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Our client, a leader in jewelry imports, is looking for an Office Clerk! Don’t hesitate, hiring fast!
The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of MS Office
– Ability to multi-task and set priorities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Front office management
– Support upper management with various projects / tasks
– Invoicing and payables
– Agenda management
– Reception duties…and more!
