– DEC, DEP or certificate in accounting, PCP is an asset
– 4 years of experience in payroll
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Job Description:
– Process Canadian payroll for 100 employees
– Ensure payroll calculation accuracy
– Follow up on group insurance
– Handle benefits administration
– Act as the contact person for employees and Managers
– Update employee files
– Ensure procedures comply with legislation
– Prepare governmental reports
– Calculate and update employee vacation files
– Complete month-end and year-end procedures (T4, R1, etc.)
