Our client is looking for an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant with at least 6 years of experience working with high-level executives.
Tasks and responsibilities:
– Work directly with the, CEO
– Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, etc.
– Booking personal and business trips
– Manage personal agenda
– Participate in special projects
– Arrange lunch and events (when needed)
This is an in-office role 5 days a week located near, free parking, all benefits, they are a well-known company in the city.
Qualifications:
– Must have at least 6 years of working experience with high-level executives
– Strong organizational skills
– Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Ability to multitask
