Job Description:
– Responsible for the full accounting cycle from A-Z
– Preparation and analysis of financial statements for 15 properties
– Tax adjustments
– Adjusting entries
– Month end, journal entries
– Responsible for intercompany reconciliation
– Responsible for forecasting and budget preparation for all buildings
– Preparation of year-end audit files
Job Requirements:
– DEC, certificate, DEP or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
– 4 years of relevant work experience
– Experience in real estate required
– Experience with Hopem software
– Strong excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
