Do you have recruiting experience? Are you an excellent team player? Our client in the mining industry is growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team located in the heart of Montreal.

Your main responsibilities :

– Manage the entire recruitment cycle by maintaining a relationship of trust with clients
– Write and publish job descriptions as well as job offers on different networks
– Transfer resumes, analyze and sort applications
– Conduct interviews and coordinate all other required tests, reference checks, background checks, etc.
– Coordinate the integration of selected candidates and send hiring documents
– Perform any other related tasks

The ideal candidate for this position:

– 4+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in recruiting
– Mastery of various MS Office software
– Experience in the mining industry
– Versatile and autonomous
– Excellent team player
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or Industrial Relations (an asset)
– Member of the CHRP, CIRC order (an asset)
