The company is seeking a creative and innovative Data Solutions Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team. You’ll join a dedicated, passionate team that is transforming charitable giving reporting & analytics for our clients.
What You Will Do
Build analytics solutions such as web embedded reports and dashboards that provide insights into how users engage with our products and how we can enable more “acts of goodness” in the world.
Lead and explore various ways to improve our analytic products and increase its adoption through initiatives in machine learning, surfacing product insights, and driving a great reporting product experience.
Support and work with other teams within company to identify and select meaningful metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance (ad hoc reports, insights and best practices).
Continuously improve our processes to bring data together from multiple sources and provide accurate and insightful information to our stakeholders.
Contribute to the building and scaling of company’s analytics products to meet the growing client base and their data needs.
Be an awesome team member by leading or supporting elements of our data strategy.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, data visualization, or equivalent background preferably within a software development environment.
Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Jaspersoft Studio, or SQL Server Reporting Services.
Experience querying large datasets with SQL and familiarity with MSSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions or familiarity with ML languages are a plus.
Previous experience in a product or project management role is a plus.
A natural ability to solve problems, learn quickly, and translate data into meaningful insights.
Strong communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills with ability to communicate results to non-technical audiences.
A passion for intuitive data visualization and storytelling.
Can-do attitude and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
