Located at Glasgow Hall, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and reporting to the Regional Manager, as a part of a professional clinical Team, the Site Manager will plan, administer and evaluate the resident care programs in the facility, provide leadership in the interdisciplinary setting and act as the site manager. This unique opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Nurse Manager who would like to work in a rapidly growing organization to deliver a comprehensive clinical service plan to our residents and staff.
As the successful candidate you will direct, promote and evaluate resident care and nursing standards, philosophy, goals and objectives to assure the optimum level of wellness for our residents and team lead our interdisciplinary staff.

You will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters preferred, current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia and a minimum of 10 years nursing experience. You will be service minded, results oriented, and positive towards change and innovation.
