Shared Services Canada is modernizing how the Government of Canada manages its information technology (IT) infrastructure. The Department is mandated to deliver email, data centre and telecommunication services, including videoconferencing and Wi-Fi, to partner organizations.

EDUCATION :
ED: A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Degree equivalency
EXPERIENCE :
EX1: Experience in providing advice and guidance on various issues to management and/or clients.
EX2: Experience in providing client service.
EX3: Experience in researching or data gathering to provide responses or recommendations.
EX4: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.).
