Role Description

Sherway Nissan is seeking a full-time Automotive Consultant for our dealership located in Etobicoke, ON. As an Automotive Consultant, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients. This includes assisting clients in selecting the right car or SUV, conducting test drives, and providing professional advice on Nissan products and services. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Knowledge of Nissan products and services is an asset
• Computer literacy with the ability to navigate software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
