Project Manager
-Proposing ideas and initiating measures to improve product quality and usability- Project management
└ Planning quality assurance plans, hearing issue
└ Establishment of a quality assurance system
└ Overall project management and promotion
– Project team management of 5 to 20 people, or management of multiple projects of up to 10 people
– Communication with customers and partner companies in Japanese and English & handling of online meetings / call conferences

求める人材:
– Experience in the IT industry
– Experience in the whole process, from requirements definition to integration testing
– Experience in managing people
– Experience in web or open software development (Java/HTML/CSS)
Or experience of working on SI software development projects (in any language)

– English: Daily conversational level

待遇・福利厚生:
【Salary】
Annual Salary:6-11 million JPY
Monthly Salary:500,000-916,667 JPY
Will be determined depending on experience, performance and skills
Salary breakdown
1. basic salary 350,000-687,567 JPY
2. fixed overtime allowance 95,000-174,100 JPY
3. 55,000 JPY of defined contribution allowance
- Regarding overtime allowance in case of monthly salary of 500,000 JPY or more (including fixed overtime pay)
Such employees work under the discretionary labor system.
– Fixed overtime pay is paid for 30 hours regardless of whether or not overtime is worked (95,000 to 237,400 JPY per month depending on basic salary)
– Overtime above 30 hours is paid only for work performed on Sundays and national holidays
