Sibelco Group Looking for Project Director at Ontario, Canada Full Time

Location: Thunder Bay (ON) – Kenora (ON) – Toronto, Canada

Position Details:

JV Project Director is responsible for the project and the budget which will be set up in Kenora (ON, Canada):

• Mining operation Separation Rapids, Snow Bank, Lilypad;
• Processing plant producing 300ktpa of Li 4% concentrate to serve Technical grade market and to feed the Avalon refinery presumably established in Thunder-bay (ON, Canada).

Main Responsibilities:

• During the project phase 2023-2025 acting as a project manager:
• Overseeing all the project workstreams,
• Responsible for resources and budget planning and milestones tracking.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Strong project and program management skills and proven track record of successful project in mining (or close) industry,
• Understanding and prior experience of P&L management,
• Exceptional people management skills,
• Safety and quality control understanding and prior experience of operating environment with high safety standards.
• Must be able and willing to travel to Kenora, ON as needed
