The Organizational Development team works at all levels of SickKids to support employees and leaders in developing and practicing effective communication and relationship-building. Our main area of focus is in creating tools, resources, and programs for people leaders to build and maintain psychologically healthy environments in which innovation, collaboration and excellence can thrive.
The Organizational Development HR Coordinator role is a critical support in achieving this work through leading our Employee Recognition programs and events for all staff across SickKids. In this role you will be reporting to the Program Manager, OD and will have the chance to work with staff at all levels of the organization including our Senior Leadership team and make a positive impact on the employee experience. You will also get to work with an amazing and diverse team who is ready to support your learning and career development by sharing their extensive knowledge and experience.

Manage, Design and Implement Employee Recognition Programs (Non-Compensation)
OD Leadership Program Support & Project Coordination
KPI analysis and reporting for OD programs
Vendor & Budget Management
Website Design and Maintenance
