Siemens Energy Looking for Senior Financial Analyst at Oakville, ON Full Time

A Snapshot of Your Day

To support the Financial administrative needs ofthe business with regards invoicing, credit & collections and the month endclose processes.

• Support the invoicing and associated credit and collections process across two SAP platforms.
• Issue invoices from the SAP system and provide to customers through the pre-determined method; online porta or e-mail.
• Liaise with credit and collections team on issue with a view to resolving administrative issues.
• Liaise with business partners to resolve issues and provide support to credit and collections process to ensure correct documents and data are provided to customers to facilitate payment.
• Support month end close process through processing and management of assigned tasks including but not limited to: journal entries, inter company invoices and reports and analysis as needed.
• Provide analysis as required
• Work closely with external statutory auditors for local audit – providing data and back up as requested
• Support internal RIC audit needs.
• Support continuous improvement efforts
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports as required

What You Bring

• Degree in business or Accounting
• 3+ years experience in finance roles
• Student or qualified CPA
• SAP experience
• EXCEL and WORD skills
• Energy, drive and ambition to succeed.
