What will you do?
Development, support, and performance measurement of assigned field technicians.
Maximize utilization, absorption, and productivity.
Lead, implement, and monitor best field practices, related employee development, and compliance with company initiatives and policies to achieve service branch gross profit and divisional sales volume.
Customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
Ensure that all required administrative processes for field activities are timely and accurate.
Identify and action training and development needs for employees.
Provide mentoring and ongoing technical support to Solutions staff.
Support the other departments including Service, Sales, Energy, Warehouse, and FSS.
Ensure that the supervisor’s requirements of the health and safety policies are met. Conduct regular workplace safety visits.
Manage a team of Building Automation Technicians.
What will you need to succeed?
Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
6+ years’ industry knowledge and experience with Building Automation systems.
Management and people leadership experience in leading a team of Technicians.
Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills are required to interact with customers, vendors, and employees.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and manage the dynamics of a P&L (Profit & Loss).
Proficient with MS Office.
Ability to travel as required.
