Sierra Construction Group of Companies Looking for Marketing Coordinator at Woodstock, ON Full Time

• The ability to create content and communicate Company website, social media platforms, and email blasts.
• Graphic design for advertising (online and print), and other sales and marketing collateral materials as required.
• Grow traffic, increase social following, increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate online opportunities, including banner advertising, online forums.
• Coordinate and support Marketing initiatives in all day-to-day functions.
• Develop database of Architects, Engineers, and Developers
• Conduct customer interviews for satisfaction, and general feedback
• Sales Support – Assist in supporting all business units in sales, including but not limited to: designing and providing marketing collateral material, identifying potential business-building opportunities, collaborate with business units on ideas to help increase market share and assist in execution.
• Assist in the logistics and implementation of ad campaigns, social events.
• Promotion of company at job fairs and college/university

Job Requirements:

• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Understanding of marketing concepts.
• Experience with creating, implementing and maintaining social media plans across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instragram
• Must be detail-oriented, with attention to accuracy and have exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to write and edit marketing materials and general correspondence a must.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in the English Language.
• Proficiency in desktop publishing and graphics applications such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is required.
• Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing required.
