Your rôle as a consultant :
– To document all interactions with clients in an appropriate manner.
– Advising and supporting the client until he is satisfied
– Helping the customer to handle and enhance the use of his software
– Provide a solution to the problem encountered
– Provide training by telephone to make the customer autonomous
– Share your knowledge and support the team in the event of special requests from clients.
