Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager of Human Resource Planning, this position promotes the growth and development of First Nations employment by developing and implementing organizational initiatives relating to recruitment, staffing, and workforce planning. Responsibilities include: Assisting Central Office managers in handling their day-to-day workforce planning, staffing, and recruitment activities. Serving as a resource to Casino HR departments regarding unique situations and escalated inquiries. Conducting research and analysis relating to SIGA’s organizational design. Assisting with the research and development of recommendations for consistent and fair staffing policies that position SIGA as an employer of choice. Gathering information and preparing reports on HR planning activities. Assisting managers with developing strategies to reach First Nations workforce goals. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of HR planning and Compensation priorities.
