Job Requirements:
Education:
Must possess, or currently working towards a Human Resource Management Certificate, diploma or undergraduate degree with a major/minor in the Human Resource field.
Experience:
Experience providing consultative guidance and support to colleagues and managers on recruitment, staffing, and workforce planning.
Demonstrated proficiency with computer software e.g. Microsoft Office excel, work, ppt and teams.
Experience with HR systems, i.e. JD Edwards and an application tracking system (ATS).
Previous experience in a human resource department is preferred.
