- Processing payables & receivables

- Certificate or diploma in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping best practices
- Experience with construction holdbacks
- Experience with project management accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy and time management
- This position is in-office and a work-from-home option is not available
- Requirement is 1 day per week (Tuesday or Wednesday)
