Silver Cross sells and installs accessibility and mobility equipment for the growing market of seniors. We support a system of franchise locations and corporate stores and operate as a division of Savaria, the global leader in accessibility and a Canadian publicly traded company. We are looking to hire a Consumer Relations Specialist to work from our Brampton office. This is a great opportunity to join the team! This position is well suited to someone with previous experience in customer service. Exceptional English communication skills are required and French is an asset.
Responsibilities include:
- Field incoming calls and emails from prospective customers to provide information about the company and products. Direct callers to the closest Silver Cross or affiliate
- Enter data for calls and emails accurately and efficiently and prepare summary reports at regular intervals
- Assist with problem resolution for clients requiring service or repairs
- Make outbound calls to industry influencers to introduce the company and its products
- Prepare customer satisfaction surveys, which may include contacting customers
- Communicate with team members for problem resolution as needed
- Collate, package and send various marketing materials for distribution to customers
- Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives including sales and leads analysis, web site content
- Provide general and administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed

- Ambitious “star” who wants to succeed and desires to learn in order to take on increasing responsibilities and build his/her career at the company either in marketing or sales
A university degree or college diploma is preferred. There is potential in the company to move into a marketing or sales role from this position.
This is not a work from home position. Local candidates only, public transportation is not ideal for this location, and a car is preferred.

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
