Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – FinTech

Why this role is important to us
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can help us deliver on our talent acquisition strategy across our Services, Commercial and Technology business units spread across Toronto and New York City.
SimCorp has an ambitious growth strategy to grow the footprint in North America to support SimCorp clients in the implementation, configuration and support of SimCorp Dimension into the future. You’ll also be a key partner for our Commercial and Market Unit stakeholders (up to SVP level) who support SimCorp’s top-line growth selling SimCorp Technology and Services.
SimCorp has a extensive technology team location in Toronto and you’ll be partnering with Senior Leaders to define and execute against an ambitious hiring strategy for 2023 and beyond.
What you will be responsible for
- As the Senior TA Partner you are responsible for supporting the people managers in the North American team with talent acquisition services. This means managing the recruitment lifecycle a-z as well as partnering with the business on pursuing the most efficient recruitment strategies to attract great and diverse talent
- You will, in close collaboration with the management team in the Services, Commercial and Technology teams, be establishing processes for how to succeed with talent acquisition within an agile environment as well as supporting the development and execution of the employer branding strategy
- You’ll be the point of entry for the management team on the strategic talent acquisition agenda, and you will be working with the Senior Manager, TA on strategies for how to accommodate the talent attraction strategies for the North America and reduce our Time to Hire.
- You care deeply about our candidates and you will play an active role in suggesting activities to ensure that the candidate experience always has high priority
- You will act as sparring partner for the business leaders as well as for your colleagues in the wider Services and Commercial TA team
- You will take an active part in developing our employer branding efforts together with the Communication team and other stakeholders
- You participate actively in interviews by assessing candidates using different test assessments when needed
- Lastly, and importantly, you will have the opportunity to experiment and develop efficient and impactful talent acquisition strategies and approaches
- You will be reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition – Commercial, Advisory and Services
What you will bring
- You have a strong recruitment toolbox and you are regarded as a trusted advisor within the talent acquisition domain
- As your clients are within the Professional Services and Commercial domains, it is an advantage if you understand the talent market for Business / Implementation Consultant / Sales hiring; ideally you hold experience from recruiting technical business profiles
- As the organization you support is based across North America, it is a great advantage that you have been working in an international company in a global role.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting Module or similar HRIS is a plus, but not a pre-requisite
- You are strong in managing many stakeholders and accommodating a broad variety of needs and a proven ability to create trust at all levels
- You hold excellent English skills and are a good communicator
- Experience with psychometric and technical test assessments is an advantage
- You know how to do efficient search and alternative ways of finding candidates
- You are based in Toronto, Canada
