Simplicity Car Care Ottawa West is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate for this position has an active listening ear and the ability to understand and retain customer information, as well as a solid understanding of billing and customer service matters. An attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to interact with customers in a cheerful and helpful manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Provide customer support in person.
• Gather and manage customer data.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Process payments and orders.
• Get acquainted with customer’s history.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
