Profile: Our client offers different digital transaction solutions for enterprise, healthcare, higher education and government organizations and they are looking for a sales Operator to join their team.
Your main functions as a Sales Operator are supporting the sales, Production and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process. You will help develop a dynamic and productive team culture by fostering engagement, building trust, and encouraging collaboration between departments. You will be the right-hand person to the Vice President, Supporting the Vice President, Sales with analysis and reports on sales performances.

Functions:
Identifying and enter new opportunities daily
Reviewing and filtering opportunities
Identifying opportunities to move forward with qualification
Drafting sales pipeline reports and forecasts.
Facilitate communication between the sales team and prospects.
Updating sales planning documents
Conducting weekly sales planning meeting
Supporting the sales & customer Success teams
Making discovery calls for inbound sales opportunities.
Pipeline upkeep
Entering all new opportunities in our CRM
Keeping information up to date and moving opportunities between stages
Updating pricing and contracts
Updating the Sales channels on any decisions made on opportunities, notifying the team of debriefs
once completed
Debrief calls & uploading the pertinent information to the shared folder.
Scheduling and Facilitating meetings
Confirm presentation dates, times, and video conference details.
Scheduling Sales Meetings
Help prepare presentations and ensuring all documentation is in the correct formats
Contribute to the improvement of the sales process
