SiriusXM Canada Looking for Supply Chain Analyst at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

JOB SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Analyst will assist in the day-to-day stability and processing of the supply chain. This includes identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in an expeditious manner. The role also includes identifying options for improvement, heavy involvement in project delivery and execution while bridging the needs of the business with the use of Information Technology systems.

JOB DETAILS

Accountabilities

• Providing daily analysis of supply chain processing, quickly identifying any issues or negative trends
• Interfacing with business leads to ensure transparent and timely communication of issues and status
• Work with partners and vendors to reconcile and troubleshoot data issues and share common concerns
• Reporting the general health of the supply chain at daily operations meetings
• Performing testing and User Acceptance Testing on fixes and new deployments, including onboarding of partners and changes to the supply chain process
• Assisting in the reconciliation of partner data
• Effectively understand and translate business requirements and needs to necessary BRD and FRD documentation
• Identify potential issues and mitigate problems
• Work with IT developers to analyze issues and determine viable solutions
• Lead projects end-to-end, following systems development life cycle
• Identify test scenarios, write test cases, and conduct test preparation and planning
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide support
• Lead multiple initiatives while maintaining priorities and timelines set out for projects

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Level of Education

• University or College degree in business/commerce or related experience

Job Related Experience

• Experience dealing with stakeholders in variety of levels
• History of client relationship interaction/management
• Problem resolution and incident management an asset
• Minimum 2 years’ business analysis experience
• Exposure to subscription management services applications an asset
• History of quality assurance or quality control experience specific to project deliverables, including issue logs, project reports and communications
• Proven ability to proactively identify potential risk events and issues prior to occurrence to develop proper mitigating strategies; articulation and escalation of issues and risks to Project Manager with mitigation strategies recommended
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills to analyze business needs
• Proven ability to act as business or technical advisor and coordinate all aspects of specific deliverables, including deployment schedules and implementation planning
• Experience coordinating, monitoring, and following up on project issues logs as well as reporting on project issues to Project Manager, service owner and working committee members

Skills and Background

• Knowledge of Windows and SQL
• Data management in SQL; data queries and related analysis
• General analytics
• Superior communication skills (written and oral)
• Knowledge of automotive industry an asset
• Background in Teradata and Redshift an asset
