Customer Service Office Administrator
We are a young but established group of companies that provide electronic security installations and services all over Vancouver Island. Our head office currently operates out of a home-based office in Gordon Head, with an adorable Golden Retriever on duty at all times. We are seeking two Office Administrators to support our sales and operations.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain company field operations and support field technicians by liaising and consulting with clients (customer service), staff, and suppliers.
– Maintain office operations:
– Support Live Video Monitoring services:
– Support Intrusion Monitoring services:
– Provide administration support to Sales Representatives and Senior Management:
– Manage company inboxes and additional correspondence
– Maintains office staff by supporting the orientation and training of new employees.
Flexible working hours but the two positions need to cover the operating hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Flexible scheduling but office needs to be staffed Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Travel will not be required.
Company and personal performance bonuses are a part of the remuneration package.
We support ongoing education with flexible work hours.
