Providing direct support to the Director of Talent Strategy & Operations (Head of Talent), this is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s early in their Recruiting career and looking to learn. The Talent Acquisition Associate will get the opportunity to touch nearly every part of the hiring cycle, and will be asked to wear many different hats along the way. They’ll connect with candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate travel, provide sourcing support, own ATS operations, create presentation and training decks, manage the candidate and new hire orientation experience, etc. So, we’re searching for someone who is nimble, cool under pressure, and can find calm in the chaos.
