We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to join our team with experience in strategy creation with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & You Tube. Do you love creating effective strategies to increase followers on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok?

Responsibilities:
· Keeping up to date with all the latest social media trends.
· Developing, executing, and overseeing creators optimizing digital campaigns from conception to launch on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Linkedin & Pinterest
· Give direction and create concise, eye-catching, and creative social media posts that engages audience
· Develop campaign reports, analyze the results, and refine the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement levels and drive sales.
· Keep up to date with trending topics and adapt to social media strategy to boost social media traffic.
· Consistently brainstorm new ideas and strategies to generates new leads, followers and increases our brand engagement.
· Maintain and ensure consistency in brand voice while adapting to different social media platforms.
· Analyze engagement data. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) such as a target number of community views, sales, likes or shares for social media campaigns.
· Provide insights and counsel to social, creative, marketing teams on insight driven content strategies for building brand awareness and sales, championing creative work that will work across all channels and best practices in content strategy, (video, social, website), community management and social engagement
Skills and Qualifications:
· Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, and/or business or equivalent work experience required
· Have a genuine passion for social media and content creation
· Firm understanding of brand strategy, algorithms, and development.
· Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a social media role
· Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
