Skullcandy Looking for Logistics Analyst at Vancouver, BC Full Time

Pro-actively manage inbound shipments and update the team on any changes.

Streamline processes and keep open communication with the warehouses / transportation partners in order to alert, report and escalate issues

Follow up daily on the orders released to the warehouse.

Work with the Sales Operations team and supplier to react on changing demands by prioritizing shipments to ensure availability.

Help optimize Global warehouse efficiency (Inbound, Outbound and inventory accuracy) per the direction of the Logistics Team Lead and Director of Logistics.

30% Admin

Receive inbound shipments in SAP and report issues on discrepancies

Daily update SAP and Communicate overdue or other changes for inbound POs

Support monthly reporting and reconciliation

15% Supplier Management

Work with the 3PL warehouses to review the status, issues and priorities

Support the Logistics Lead in escalating structural issues on different suppliers.

25% Ad Hoc Duties

Help ensure daily flow of work is managed.

Support various departments and their requests for information on inbound status, inventory levels and outbound order statuses.

Support ad hoc meetings from a data and presentation standpoint

To be successful in this job, you will need to possess the below competencies, skills and education.

Education: College degree with relevant experience of BS in any field

Competencies

Proactive learner: desire to learn new things and put it into practice

Detail orientated: you can catch one error in sea of a 1000 emails

Follow Up: You close the loop, button things up, seal it tight. You know what we mean.

Skills

Excel: you don’t have to be a wizard but you have the aptitude to learn things like pivot tables and vlookups.

SAP: basic knowledge would be awesome
