Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor with Skymark Projects Ltd. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Supervisor will manage and coordinate all site activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction site supervision, preferably in the restoration or construction industry
- Knowledge of parking garage rehabilitation, building envelope restoration, heritage preservation, or tenant improvements
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with restoration projects is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related field
