You’re suitable for this role if you’re a strong leader, very process driven, confident in managing remote teams and running efficient meetings, analytical and data-oriented whilst possessing an innate ability to treat our customers and team members with care and compassion.
Essentially you’re the I to our V – the Integrator to our Visionary (bonus points for having read the book!). You’ll support the CEO’s vision for growth, quarter by quarter being able to both execute on what’s required and push back when needed.
This role is pivotal to the rocket ship growth SMC is seeing. Being comfortable leading the team virtually and in meetings, ensuring both individuals’ and the company’s needs are met is imperative. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our processes are streamlined and followed, and that the team is operating cohesively. Experience in online coaching programs and/or digital marketing is ideal.

SMC was set up initially as an Affiliate Marketing business and Marketing Growth Consultancy in 2012 before switching to solely focussing on Facebook ads driven growth in 2017.
Headed up by Depesh Mandalia, founder of The BPM Method and international marketing influencer, we know our stuff when it comes to marketing backed by nearly 20 years experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee Client Services, Product Management, Tech and Finance
Contribute to discussions surrounding business strategy with others in the executive team
Proactively implement efficient processes and standards
Design company policies that align with overall strategy
Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
Ensure compliance with local and international laws
Oversee and assist with the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation
Oversee expenses and participate in budgeting discussions to help the organisation to optimise costs and benefits
Mentor and motivate team members to achieve productivity and engagement
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Support both revenue growth and cost efficiencies
Requirements
Minimum 2 years operations management experience in an online coaching or marketing environment
Exceptional written and spoken English
Process-driven with strong abilities to improve and document processes
Excellent at working from home and co-ordinating a globally distributed remote team
Strong understanding of key business areas including marketing, finance, sales, technology and customer service
Super organised and efficient
Able to juggle multiple priorities and make things work seamlessly
Good upwards management to support the CEO
Strong attention to detail
Good project management experience
Knowledge of Slack and Asana are essential. Knowledge of Stripe, Xero and Gorgias are desirable
Proficient in running productive, profitable meetings
Laid back and relaxed but equally able to maintain a culture of high performance
