We don’t sell hard because we don’t need to – our products and services have helped tens of thousands of businesses and we have the results to back up what we say. We’re looking for a ‘consultative’ approach to selling through discovery and directing prospects to the right solution for them, not us.
You’re suitable for this role if you’re a confident conversationalist, highly motivated, have exceptional work ethic and love being a part of a close-knit team. If you’re not results-driven for our clients and care about their success, this role is not for you. It’s a given that you’re motivated by hitting sales targets.
This is a remote position which allows the flexibility to work from home (sweat pants allowed) whilst still developing interpersonal relationships with the other members of our global team. You will need to have access to a reliable internet connection, a great phone manner, and the desire to achieve. We will provide you with a CRM system to manage prospects, inbound leads via our online funnels, and ongoing support from our leadership team.

ABOUT US
SMC was set up initially as an Affiliate Marketing business and Marketing Growth Consultancy in 2012 before switching to solely focussing on Facebook ads driven growth in 2017.
Headed up by Depesh Mandalia, founder of The BPM Method and international marketing influencer, we know our stuff when it comes to marketing backed by nearly 20 years experience.
We believe in core marketing principles from building funnels to crafting the perfect hook. We aren’t about the latest ad ‘hack’. We deliver long term results underpinned by marketing fundamentals – regardless of the channel.
Since 2018 SMC has also been offering training and coaching for advertisers and business owners, to help share our expertise to the small and medium sized businesses trying to compete in the ever-changing world of digital advertising. Our partnerships with Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Google and Pinterest allow us to keep close to the cutting edge.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Convert inbound calls into sales that will match the prospects’ needs
Send emails and texts to follow up on your pipeline of leads
Nurture existing company warm lead pool as and when needed
Utilise a consultative sales approach to explain our programs and services
Manage your leads/calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met
Use provided resources and follow company sales processes
Be proactive about improving and developing new and existing processes
Attend weekly team calls
Provide clear and accurate reporting of sales statistics as required
Requirements
Exceptional written and spoken English
Knowledge of/experience with digital marketing and/or online coaching programs
1+ Years of related sales experience
Outgoing and personable; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess above average computer skills including video calls, CRM systems, Google Suite & email communication
Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to suit company direction and processes
High personal standards of conduct and professionalism
