About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic marketing manager to join our rapidly growing global campaigns team at Snyk! You’ll be responsible for leading our product-focused marketing initiatives across the globe – by developing and executing integrated programs to drive pipeline and lead generation across the Snyk platform.
In this role you’ll work in lockstep with product marketing and GTM leaders to align inbound and outbound campaigns to individual product pipeline goals and roll them across the regions. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, have a great understanding of marketing and sales funnels and make data-driven decisions.
You’ll spend your time:
Driving the strategy, development and execution of product-focused marketing campaigns
Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders on campaign strategy – managing regular check ins, program evolution and quarterly planning cycles
Budgeting, measuring, and ROI-ing. You’ll be in control of each campaign’s plans and execution (including but not limited to: webinars, digital advertising, virtual events, email campaigns)
Defining and rolling out inbound and outbound programs specific to product-focused pipeline growth. You’ll leverage team resources to own and create target audience segments, creative and messaging strategy, as well as paid digital program execution
Enabling regional marketers across the globe to launch your teams campaigns within specific regions and sales segments
Goal setting for both lead and pipeline generation goals – tracking program results, measuring program success, reporting metrics to stakeholders and GTM teams and recommending optimizations and improvements for future campaign cycles
You’ll do amazing things at Snyk if you:
Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a demand generation or campaign marketing environment
Have a strong background in campaign development and program execution
Thrive in a hyper-growth environment
Can manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail
Have worked closely and love collaborating with large and growing sales organizations and understand how to support and accelerate them
Present program strategy and plans clearly – and can collect and act on feedback from various stakeholders
Are passionate about impacting revenue goals
Have a data-driven mindset and experience with analyzing campaign results to provide business recommendations
You have experience using marketing automation, CRM & Sales tools (Marketo, Salesforce and SalesLoft/Outreach a plus)
You’re hands-on, curious and love to explore new ideas and tools
Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize independently
