Your Opportunity! As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing dynamic advertising campaigns on various digital platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook, Instagram & Google. Your role will be crucial in engaging target audiences, aligning campaigns with our clients’ business objectives, and delivering measurable results. In addition, you will be responsible for landing page development and optimization.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Management & Execution:
* Set-up and implement paid social media and Google ads to target specific audiences across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
* Configure conversion pixels on client websites to optimize lead generation through Facebook, Instagram & Google
* Launch and oversee remarketing campaigns using social media and Google traffic.
* Work closely with the design team to craft compelling ad creatives for various campaigns.
* Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to identify the most effective combinations.
* Develop and manage sales funnels and inbound marketing strategies in coordination with the SOCIAL KNOW HOW® team.
* Continuously optimize and refine the advertising strategies. By identifying successful tactics and eliminating underperforming elements, you’ll enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the campaigns.
* May be required to develop creatives, depending on operational and staffing requirements
Analytics & Reporting:
* Provide paid ad campaign performance updates, utilizing Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to derive actionable insights for Account Managers.
* Leverage data and analytics tools throughout the campaign lifecycle, utilizing valuable insights to enhance campaign performance and offer strategic recommendations.
* Prepare detailed reports highlighting campaign results, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and clients, meeting their specific requirements.
* Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, and return on ad spend to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven optimizations.
Campaign Planning & Strategy:
* Collaborate with the internal team to identify growth opportunities and marketing solutions through strategic discussions.
* Evaluate and distinguish online campaigns that align with client objectives, ensuring they deliver measurable ROI.
* Assist the SOCIAL KNOW HOW® team and clients in developing and implementing effective digital strategies.
* Offer creative guidance to the team for crafting impactful social media marketing campaigns and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
Landing Page Development:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements to design visually appealing landing pages.
* Ability to Design wireframes and concepts with prototyping tools. i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
