ABOUT THE JOB:
The primary role of this position will be to provide a wide range of administrative support activities to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in executive support, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage constantly shifting priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing information and competing priorities, ensuring that the quality of work is always maintained. You will exercise strong judgment in prioritizing requests and escalate them as necessary for resolution.
Confidentiality and discretion are crucial in this role, as you will handle sensitive communications and data with tact. You will proactively manage the chief’s calendar, ensuring that key deadlines are incorporated into the planning cycle and meeting and submission deadlines are met. Regular communication with management and Board members, both within and outside the organization, will be required, and you are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and diplomacy.
