Responsibilities
Provide adequate and preventive supervision of bathers in accordance with the requirements of the Lifesaving Society
Ensure compliance with regulations and the safety of bathers on the premises of the aquatic facility
Ensure compliance with pool/beach safety regulations (maximum pool capacity, hazardous materials, obstacle-free walkways, etc.)
Put away equipment at the end of the shift
Performs rescue and treatment of victims in accordance with Lifesaving Society standards
Write an accident report for each accident or incident, minor or major, involving a client or an employee
Participate in various events, training and education in an active and interested manner
Maintain a good physical condition
Perform any other related duties
Requirements
Sense of responsibility

Good communicator
Possess a National Lifeguard certification
Possess a current First Aid – General/DEA training
Good command of the French language
Certified as a Swimming Instructor (an asset)
Lifeguarding experience (an asset)
Ability to converse in English (an asset)
