Our learning specialist will be responsible for coordinating all required training offerings and various learning events at a national scale. While working in close collaboration with other members of the Employee Experience team (remote team based in Ontario and Québec), this person will plan and coordinate the various live and virtual learning events, as well as asynchronous (online) training taking place, all the while ensuring alignment with business needs and managing effective communications to field HR and operations.

This position offers a rich variety of work including internal communications, event planning and logistics, reporting, training & presentation design, and working with a variety of learning and collaboration technologies. Furthermore, the continually evolving responsibilities of this department also allow team members to grow and to continue developing their skills and experience. The incumbent will be based out of our Burlington or Montreal offices (hybrid work policy).
