Sole City Shoes is a small retail business in Camrose, AB. We are fun, supportive, and customer-centric business.
Our goal, after being in business for over 65 years, is to focus on providing customers fashionable comfort with experienced fitting advice. We hand pick every shoe in our store to provide an exclusive selection of style, uniqueness, comfort, and fashion at varied price points for some of the worlds best known brands.

Responsibilities:
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Efficient organization and order management
· Ensuring the quality of goods packed and shipped
· Proficient computer skills and quick learner on new software
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Assist customers with online returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
