A bit about the role…
In this role, you will work closely and collaboratively with our Marketing, Product, Sales and Partner teams on campaign planning and execution. We are searching for someone that is a project manager at heart who brings positivity and continuous support to those around them. While working closely across multiple divisions, you should have a strong ability to collaborate, foster relationships and bring solutions to the table. As the Marketing Program Lead, you should have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to manage projects and expectations from clients and senior leaders. As the Marketing Program Lead, you have the ability to proactively identify and pursue opportunities, contributing to the success of the sales pipeline, product campaign and marketing initiatives. This individual is an extremely organized, detail-oriented person that holds experience managing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns.

WHO YOU ARE:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications; or the right combination of education and experience related to the Marketing field.
You have a minimum 3 years of experience in marketing campaigns with proven experience in ABMs
You have STRONG project management skills
You have familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems (in-depth expert level knowledge of HubSpot is required), and always willing to learn new technology tools
You have experience in email marketing including list/audience building and email content
You track, report and always aim to improve email and campaign metricss
You are capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
You have the ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
You are technologically-savvy and resourceful
You are results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
You are a COLLABORATIVE Team player
You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail
You are an effective communicator in speaking and writing
You are self-motivated with a learning attitude and a sense of urgency
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Work closely and collaboratively with our Marketing, Product, Sales and Partner teams on campaign planning and execution.
Lead the planning, design, and the execution processes of lead generation (acquisition, expansion, retention, pipeline acceleration, etc.), account-based marketing (ABM) programs and nurture programs.
In conjunction with other Solink stakeholders, ideate new campaigns, and new themes for content.
Help socialize and present marketing campaigns to relevant internal stakeholders to receive input and answer questions.
Work closely with Product on sales enablement programs in support of product and market releases.
Effective list building: Analyze audience segmentation and adjust messaging accordingly. Build the lists from Hubspot with detailed accuracy to ensure the right people get the right message.
Work to constantly grow the size of the lists we market to (particularly for nurture).
Write and edit a range of delivery formats (emails, landing pages, ads, etc.) to support Marketing Programs.
Gather the voice of customer and sales input to define/refine marketing tactics.
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including communication of direction and needs to internal teams.
Communicate effectively up and across teams to inform and make aware of campaigns and results.
Be accountable for program results, assuring they are launched, executed, and optimized through strong data analysis, project management, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Providing consistent and dependable reporting and analysis as to the effectiveness of campaigns, programs and deliverables using data-based decisions to optimize effectiveness.
