Solvere Services Ltd. Looking for Client Service Representative at North York, ON Full Time

Hours: Monday – Friday between 8:00am and 10:00pm

Annual Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 + Bonus (TBD based on experience)

Case Manager

Solvere Services Ltd. has been providing specialized financial services and are multifunctional management service providers for Insolvency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed monthly business targets
• Providing best advice to all customers; checking that the case would be viable to move forward in the process
• Managing a portfolio of clients ensuring the administration of each case is accurately and timely processed within business expectations
• Obtaining first payment
• Obtain any outstanding documentation from the client, either direct or via a three-way call
• Increasing customer satisfaction and reducing drop off rates through improved customer service
• Discussing and resolving any objections from customers regarding qualifying product
• Updating the client management database efficiently re: time spent on client cases / communication exchanges and full notes (full training provided)
• Generate high quality paperwork, with a business expectation 90% of cases do not need to be amended after review
• Positive general communication to all internal and external departments
• Support, guide, and feedback to introducers on any issue with their case referral
• Work with the post appt team to ensure cases gain approval, understand creditors voting behaviour.
• Generate a successful e-filing
• Any other duties as required

• Ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines / targets
• Conscientious, with a strong customer service work ethic
