SonderCare is a rapidly growing provider of premium home medical equipment looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. We are an essential business that provides products to help support the elderly population across North America. Primary Duties:
- Booking shipments to customers and installers
- Continuously communicating by phone and email with customers
- Coordinating all aspects of deliveries
- Tracking inventory
- Managing inventory levels
- Customs documentation
Secondary Duties:
- Entering orders
- Expanding installer network across US/Canada
- Expanding carrier network
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Required Competencies, Skills and Education:
- Ability to confidently speak by phone with customers, transport companies and installers
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent computer skills (data entry, etc.) including use of Microsoft programs (Excel, etc.)
- Initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Minimum University Degree with 3+ years of related experience
- Experience with shipping and customs documentation is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
