Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a small but fast-growing company in the exciting food transportation logistics industry. This is a part time role may lead to full time starting at 20-25 hours/week to begin. In this role you will work alongside and report to the Director of Operations to assist with daily company activities. These activities include the booking and tracking of contracted freight as well as a focus on keeping client accounts up to date. Data entry and record keeping also required in helping with the smooth operation of the business.

· Answering phone (reception)
Skills:
· Microsoft Word and Excel
· Correct grammar
· Professional phone manner
· Logistics experience an asset but not necessary
