Southbridge Care Homes are currently looking to add one caring, passionate, and enthusiastic RAI Coordinator (Full-time) to our amazing home family, who can serve our lovely residents, to keep them safe, healthy, and happy. On a daily basis, Reporting to the Director of Care this position will assist with meeting RAI-MDS timelines and teaching staff about the requirements for data collection and reporting guidelines that support the Home’s funding.
