Southlake Academic Family Health Team (Bradford Location) [Note: We are not Southlake Regional Health Centre]

The Southlake Academic Family Health Team is committed to community enrichment by delivering outstanding health care and education to our patients and learners.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

· Scheduling, notifying and confirming appointments for all providers;

· Answering a multi-line telephone system and emails;

· Managing patient and clinic processes such as preparing exam rooms, obtaining heights and weights, etc;

· Flexible to cover vacation and sick days;

· Other clinic and/or administrator duties as required.

Education:

· Medical terminology certification an asset

· Knowledge of TELUS PS EMR as asset

Experience:

· Experience in a medical setting is preferred
