You will be responsible for providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to our clients, and will utilise an in house system to assess the appropriateness of our services to their situation. This involves predominately outbound calls, with some inbound calls, and written communications.
The role will typically be rostered approximately 20 hours per week, however this may increase up to a maximum of 40 hours, or decrease based on business demand.
