The Role
You will be responsible for providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to our clients, and will utilise an in house system to assess the appropriateness of our services to their situation. This involves predominately outbound calls, with some inbound calls, and written communications.

The role will typically be rostered approximately 20 hours per week, however this may increase up to a maximum of 40 hours, or decrease based on business demand.
About You:

• Able to work up to a 10 hour shift within our opening hours
• Customer service experience is highly regarded and preferred
• Experience in MS Windows, Skype for Business, and MS Outlook, preferable
• Possess great interpersonal skills
• Are calm, empathic, professional and friendly on the phone
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Possess sharp active listening skills and comprehension
• Work quietly and efficiently, either autonomously, or within a team
• Comply with our high ethical standards
• Are able to learn in-house customer management software quickly
• Be reliable and punctual
