You will manage large People initiatives like employer branding, Best Workplace applications, and BCorp Applications.
By 90 days, you should have a solid understanding of what we have built up until this point, so that you can start building on the hiring & retention strategy, and begin execution of the first major milestones in this strategy.

We are Spare, a SaaS platform that enables anyone to launch a smart transportation service, bringing efficient on-demand ride-hailing and pooling services to communities across the globe.
