Develop and implement strategy sales plan to continually achieve or exceed targeted business objectives
Responsible for recruitment and training for the Commercial Sales Team

Effectively utilize all company resources available in supporting sales campaigns

Minimum 2+ years of proven and documented Sales Leadership/Management
Ability to motivate a team of high performing & experienced sellers
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
