Position Title: Customer Service Support
Duration: 3 months
Possibility of Extension: yes, based on availability.
Possibility of conversion to FTE: Yes, based on availability.
Working hours: Shift will need to accommodate hours of operation M-F 08:00-22:00 EST and 09:00-18:00 on Saturdays (rotating)
OT requirements: Based on requirements, pre-approval is required.
Working Location: 100% remote within an EST time zone
Role Mandate:
As a Customer Service support Ambassador, you will support the Business by investigating and resolving escalations with travel reservations. You will support our collectors by providing travel industry expertise, options, and assistance to accommodate collectors with issues related to their travel reservations in the case of schedule changes and product notifications. You will work with our travel suppliers where assistance is required both pre and post travel. You will also research and resolve issues on travel reservations and ensure they are interfaced with back-office systems and internal platforms.
