GENERAL ACCOUNTANT – 35 hours a week We are currently searching for a General Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting, weekly payroll and financial operations for two operating companies.
Responsibilities
- Performing day to day accounting, monthly bank requisitions
- Preparation and submission of invoices to client ERP systems (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, etc.), reconciliation of invoices and payments.
- Assist with month end closing activities and general ledger reconciliations
- This is not a remote position, it requires for you to be in the office
Education & Experience
- 3-5 years general accounting experience
- Post secondary education in accounting
- Super user for QuickBooks
- Must be fluent in English to work directly with the companies’ clients
